Claim Form Names
The Claims Printing Module has seven different layouts for you to print insurance claims. You can change the names that appear in pick lists but you cannot change the numeric codes for these forms, which are 1 through 7.
To change the name of one of these forms simply click into a Description field and edit. It is best, however, to not edit the descriptions for forms 1 through 2.
